Our support is offered in Credit format; 1 credit equals 1
hour of support broken into 15 minute increments.

Website Hosting, Website Design, and Website Programming
support are included in the contract for the first 30 days
after project completion. After this support credits
are required with exception of website hosting issues out of
your control. Installation of script and web programs
will require support credits.
